CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All jackets and customized products are made specifically for each customer. This includes personalized names, sizes, colors, patches, and design details.
Because of this, all custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.
Please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase, including spelling, sizing, and customization requests.
ORDER ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for ensuring all information provided at checkout is correct. This includes:

● Jacket size selection
● Color and design choices
● Shipping and contact information
Jackets by Michelle is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error made on our part, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.
We will review the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement, repair, or appropriate resolution.
Items showing normal wear, minor variations in design, or differences due to handmade customization are not considered defects.
PARTY & EVENT ITEMS
All items created for parties or events are also considered custom and are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.
This includes jackets, patches, letters, and any materials prepared specifically for your event.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Custom jackets
● Personalized patches or lettering
● Party/event materials
● Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
SHIPPING ISSUES
Jackets by Michelle is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider when possible.
REFUNDS
Because all items are made to order, refunds are not offered for custom products.
Refunds may only be issued in rare cases where Jackets by Michelle determines a full resolution cannot be provided through replacement or repair.

Processing Time
Because our jackets are personalized and made to order, please allow time for your jacket to be created and completed. Estimated turnaround times could range between 2-4 weeks depending on supply.
Shipping
Shipping is available for an additional shipping fee. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of the order and destination.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of ordering. Please double-check your address before your order ships.
Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided once your package has been shipped.
Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of jackets by Michelle’s control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Jackets by Michelle is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the shipping carrier but are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you experience a delivery issue.
Damaged Orders
If your jacket arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact jackets by Michelle within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can help determine the best next step.
