Cancellation Policy

At jackets by Michelle, each birthday party and event is specifically prepared for you, your child, and their guests. Jackets, lettering, patches, and supplies are purchased and reserved in advance specifically for your event. Booking & 50% Nonrefundable Payment A 50% nonrefundable payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date. This payment is nonrefundable because it is used to purchase, order, and restock jackets, patches, lettering, and other inventory needs to prepare for your party/event. Cancellations: More than 14 days before the party: If you need to cancel, any amount paid beyond the initial 50% nonrefundable payment may be refunded. Within 14 days of the party: All payments are nonrefundable. Because jackets and supplies have already been purchased and prepared for your event, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled party. Rescheduling: If something unexpected comes up, please contact jackets by Michelle as soon as possible. When possible, payments may be transferred to one rescheduled party date, subject to availability. Additional costs may apply if new inventory or supplies must be purchased because of the date change. Illness & Unexpected Circumstances: If severe illness or another unexpected circumstance prevents the party from taking place, please contact jackets by Michelle as soon as possible. Rescheduling will be considered based on availability; refunds are still subject to the policy above.
